Dr. Michael Badriaki and Dr. Ashley Goad are the founders of Cross-Cultural Talks.
At Cross-Cultural Talks, it's our mission to help you explore your relationship with God and improve the meaningful relationships in your local and global mission partnerships. Christian community depends upon authentic relationships. This video series will be helpful to U.S.-American churches and groups looking to create cross-cultural relationships. It will provide a starting point for conversations to build a foundation for a spiritual and relational formative journey.
Michael is a Ugandan, husband to Kristen, and father to Teniel. Ashley is an American, Quaker pastor, wife to Chris, serving as a missions pastor at a Methodist Church. They met while pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership and Global Perspective at George Fox Evangelical Seminary. They have since traveled together to Uganda, South Africa, Hong Kong, and England in search of how to live out faithful friendships and interdependent partnerships. Michael & Ashley are the living embodiment of the very concept they are teaching - how partnerships can successfully bridge cultures and lifestyles to build effective ministry relationships.
The video series will challenge U.S.-American church mission teams and leaders to rethink how their church and their teams participate in cross-cultural mission.
