Theme of the Day - Best girl singer song
I was tempted to go with Carrie Underwood, since that would fit my current country music phase! However, we'll go classic instead. Whitney Houston has a powerful voice, and she is one of the only female singers I can listen to and actually enjoy. I came to love Whitney during The Bodyguard movie, which she starred in with Kevin Costner. The soundtrack to the movie produced hit after hit. Her remake of Dolly Parton's I Will Always Love You is one of my favorites, and I especially love the scene in the movie where she & Kevin are dancing to the song in the country western bar! Classic!
